Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new, identical item from an authorized reseller, we will attempt to match the price.

What products will A.P. Electric & Generators price match?

We will attempt to match pricing on every item we sell. The product must be identical - including: model number, components, and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

When will A.P. Electric & Generators not price match a specific reseller?

A.P. Electric & Generators will price match any reputable "authorized" reseller of any item we carry. However, we reserve the right to refuse a price, at our discretion, if we feel a company is not a reputable, authorized reseller. It is not uncommon to find online "Stores" who do not stock items or provide pre-sale, post-sale technical support.

In this case, we feel the added value we provide by offering product support and a satisfaction guarantee outweighs the other company's sale price.

Here are a few examples of what would be considered a non-reputable reseller:

1. A company who fails to provide adequate product information prior to sale
2. They offer a very limited product description
3. They provide no pictures of the products
4. They provide no access to product manuals
5. There is no support number or method of contact found on their site

When calculating a price match, we'll deduct any available A.P. Electric & Generators coupons, A.P. Electric & Generators Rebates (instant or mail-in) and manufacturer rebates from the A.P. Electric & Generators price to arrive at a net price. For example:

1. If you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If another company's price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Or,
2. If you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company's price is $125, your price match difference would be $4.

Will A.P. Electric & Generators match another company's price when combined with an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free/discounted item?

We will match a competitor's final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and A.P. Electric & Generators does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?

Yes. Since most A.P. Electric & Generators orders are shipped next day, when we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the company's shipping and handling fees will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against the grand total. If the other company's shipping and handling fees are not supplied, we add that to their competing price.

Are quantities limited on price-matched products?

We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
