Generator Load Shedding:
The Load Shed A/C™ allows two or more large
air conditioners to operate on a generator sized for only one air conditioner.
When the utility fails and the transfer switch flips down to generator power,
the Load Shed A/C will shut off one air conditioner while allowing the other to
operate until the adjustable timer expires. The Load Shed A/C will then allow
the second air conditioner to operate on the adjustable timer. When the second
timer expires, the process will start over again with the first air
conditioner.
