Free Shipping and Lift Gate Service where available
Extra charges may apply to United States purchasers in which a ferry, or changing to a special sized truck is needed to get our product to you. See below for more information.
We do not ship International, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
Lift Gate service is determined by the carriers. Whether or not they can get down your street with a semi and turn around.
Lift Gate Service is NOT available for liquid cooled generators that have larger than a 1.6 liter engine. For larger generators, customer must have a fork lift/chains or dock to remove from semi. (If delivery attempt is made without the appropriate equipment to offload the generator, a re-delivery charge may apply at the customer's expense).

Expected Shipping Time and Requirements for Each Shipping Option
Please note: 'Business Days' are Monday through Friday; apelectric.com does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday,
nor do our carriers deliver on these days. We will provide a tracking number once your
ordered is processed. All deliveries require a direct signature. If you
waive the signature option, we are not responsible for any loss or
stolen items. Items shipped include insurance. Any insurance claims are
processed through FedEx or USPS.
