This kit will allow you to pre-wire your home or business to use the Guardian Ultra Source portable
generator for emergency back up power. Once installed, you make simple connections each time you need back up power and then you are prepared to handle any utility outage.

External Connection Box - Located outside the home nearest the incoming gas service

30' Flexible conduit - Pre-wired from the automatic transfer switch with built-in emergency load center for connection to the external connection box.

Prewired Transferswitch* and emergency load center with 12 circuits - Installed within 1 foot of the home's main distribution panel. This manually operated transfer switch will provide smooth and safe transition between utility and generator power. Eliminates the need to run extension cords.
*When used with the GUARDIAN air-cooled 12 kW and 15 kW standby generators the transfer from utility to generator power will be performed automatically.
*When used with portable generator, transfer switch will be operated manually
